Return And Refund Policy
We accept return of products. Customers can apply for returns within 60 days of placing orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Three steps to return and refund.
Step 1: Contact us at sale@icomfyhome.com to initiate the return process. We’ll respond within one business day.
Step 2: If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with specific return instructions. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, with the order number clearly visible on the shipping label.
Step 3: Once shipped, please email the return shipment tracking number to sale@icomfyhome.com.

Please Note:
● A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Only received damaged or not as described items can be fully refunded back to the original payment method.
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
● Customers need to bear shipping costs, and the Return Shipment Tracking Numbers must email to sale@icomfyhome.com.
●Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation can only be made before the package shipped out. If the package is already in transit, the order can not be canceled.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund Process Time
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your item(s) are received at our Return Center.
